Francks Kylindustri acquires Svedan Industri Køleanlæg, creating a leading industrial cooling and heating specialist in Denmark

Francks Kylindustri has entered into an agreement to acquire Svedan Industri Køleanlæg A/S ("Svedan"), a leading Danish provider of industrial cooling and heating solutions. It is a strategic milestone for Francks as the combined group forms a solid platform with strong market position and nationwide coverage in Denmark. The acquisition is in line with Franck's ambition to become the leading Danish cooling installation provider and accelerate further organic and acquisitive growth in Denmark. Svedan generated revenues of DKK 66 million in 2023.
