Håkan Johansson steps down as Chairman of Acenta Group
Acenta Group AB ("Acenta Group" or the "Company") announces that Håkan Johansson has decided to step down as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors. Magnus Waller and Håkan Tollefsen will continue as members of the Board.
The Company intends to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to elect a new member of the Board. The notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting will be published separately.
