Acenta Group changes date for Annual General Meeting and publication of Annual Report

The Board of Directors of Acenta Group AB (publ) ("Acenta Group" or the "Company") has resolved to change the dates for the Company's Annual General Meeting by approximately two weeks, from 28 May to 11 June. The publication of the Annual Report for the financial year 2025 is moved to 21 May. The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be published in a separate press release within the applicable timeframe.

The Board of Directors, together with the Company's management, has decided to change the date for the Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting is rescheduled from 28 May to 11 June. Furthermore, the publication of the Annual Report for the financial year 2025 is moved from 7 May to 21 May. The postponement is due to administrative reasons related to the preparation of the Annual Report and arrangements ahead of the Annual General Meeting.
