The Nuance Group (Sverige) AB awarded service concession contract with airport group Swedavia AB The Nuance Group (Sverige) AB has been awarded a new service concession contract with Swedavia AB to run tax- and duty-free operations at Swedavia's ten airports.
The contract will run for seven years, with the option of a three-year extension. The value of retail sales is estimated to be about SEK 8,000-10,000 M for the first seven years.
The Nuance Group (Sverige) AB is part of Dufry AG, which is a leading global travel retailer with more than 2,200 duty-free and duty-paid shops located at airports, on cruise liners, in seaports, in railway stations, hotels and downtown. The group has more than 31,000 employees and operations in 63 countries. Its head office is in Basel, Switzerland.
The tender process is subject to review from the day of the award decision until November 10, 2017.
