Emplicure has carried out a direct share issue of 3,9 MSEK through an issue of shares
Emplicure completed an issue of shares to ensure the financing of the development of innovative platforms based of ceramic materials for the development of pharmaceutical products. Emplicure will with the raised capital further strengthen the development of the projects with the aim to enter clinical phase and build alliances, collaborations and license agreements. The share issue amounted to 3,855 MSEK.
